Human Resources
The function of the Human Resources Office is to design, implement, and maintain a program of personnel administration for the institution; a program which adequately defined and explained for each employee of the college and operates with dignity and respect for all individuals.
LSCPA Human Resources is responsible for the development and administration of sound personnel statutes, regulations, and policies, in alignment with The Texas State University System. Major functional areas include benefits, records maintenance, employment, classification/compensation, workers compensation, safety, risk management, and employee relations.
The Human Resources Office serves the faculty, staff, students, and administration in their programs of teaching, extension, and support services. They share in a commitment to achieving the mission of LSCPA.
